    • You see i have shown you how to install hotstar on PC using bluestacks , if you are unable to install it using bluestacks then try using other android emulators like any or youwave. see if that works for you or not.

      • also there is no need to install any android emulator if we are having windows 10. Because there is an inbuilt store having hot star app only we have to install that.

          • It does download in windows 10 however it does not play as it asks for Adobe flash player. Have installed the same still it does not go beyond the message install adobe flash player

      • the bluestack didn’t work in my windows8.1
        so, i tried “nox player” instead
        but hotstar does open
        but it doesn’t play for long…
        an error occurs everytime “saying hotstar is not responding”
        please solve my problem
        i even tried using “andy ” but same problem occurs with that too….

          Try Koplayer or MEmu; I have heard from a few people that these emulators are pretty good.

  16. Bluestack says to update hostar but then in google play screen the update is saying download pending. Do you know from where to download the latest apk for hotstar.

    • Then you should uninstall hotstar first and then install it from Play Store on BlueStacks. I think this will solve your issue.

    • hotstar is not available for windows phone yet! so try using the official hotstar website to watch stuff.

    • Hey Lopamudra,

      After you install both of the apps you can open BlueStacks(or YouWave which you have installed) and you will see hotstar app there. Click on the hotstar icon and watch videos.

      That’s it.

    may be developer stopped it
    i have tried it in many emulator such android studio ,bluestacks,memu,youwave and genymotion
    i found hotstar works sometime in genymotion

  76. no need to download hotstar from here just go to bluestacks app and click on google play app there and type hotstar and install it and you can use it easily
