A very good teamviewer alternative which you may try is: R-HUB remote support servers. It is an on premise solution which works from behind the firewall, hence better security.
The UI looks awesome, but I am a total noob (I love TeamViewer) and have been using TeamViewer for a while now. The only downside is that it has to be a desktop app if you don’t want to pay for it. If I wanted to have a full-blown desktop application, I’d rather install a full Linux desktop app.
